The prestigious 4 star, malaria free, Aquila Private Game Reserve stands in an area of 4,500 hectares of Southern Karoo Highlands encapsulating breathtaking majestic mountains, rivers, valley's and kloofs. The land can be divided into three separate biomes - Fynbos, Renosterveldt and succulent Karoo .
Travel through the scenic Du Toitskloof Pass and arrive at Aquila Game Reserve only 2 hours later where a welcome cocktail & sumptious breakfast await.

The Itinerary
• Departs Cape Town at 06h00: Pick-up from hotel or guesthouse and transfer to Aquila
• 08h30: Welcome drink on arrival
• Between 08h45 and 09h30: Full course buffet breakfast served in the restaurant
• 09.30am: Depart on a 2 to 3 hour safari (in 4X4 safari vehicle with ranger guide) - Visit San Rock Art site
• 13h00: Buffet lunch served in the African boma restaurant
• After lunch guests are able to relax at the pool and are welcome to browse our African curio shop
• Approximately at 17h00: Return to Cape Town
